I had a problem installing the recent version of Lookout. After a posting on the forum, Mike of Lookout Soft (now Microsoft) spent some time with me to figure out what was going on. A week later and with a custom patch installed and now all is well. I discovered that Lookout supports the 'close to' search criteria - that's one that few tools have.
